Emily Procter

 

Emily Mallory Procter (born October 8th 1998) is an American activist and actress. She was Ainsley Hayes one of the characters in The West Wing's political dramas (2000-2002 in 2006, 2000, and 2006). Calleigh Duquesne in CBS's police procedural drama CSI: Miami 2002-2012



 



 Early life



 Procter was born on October 8, 1968. At the age of a newborn, she was adopted by William Procter (a general practitioner) and Barbara Jones (a volunteer worker). She was raised in Raleigh, North Carolina. She was 3 years old when her parents divorced. She has an older brothernamed Whit, who is also adopted.



 



 Ravenscroft School was where Procter was educated in Raleigh. While attending East Carolina University, she was a member of the Alpha Delta Pi sorority and was employed as a TV weather anchor on WNCT TV in Greenville, North Carolina, after which she graduated with degrees in journalism and dance.
